Staff are not receiving training for acceptable treatment of all people, apparently. A young Black woman and her mother were racially profiled and treated disrespectfully by an employee and there’s simply no excuse for this. Period. An apology and a refund is owed to this young woman by the establishment and the employee. Unacceptable.

Went a couple times, both were absolutely amazing! The staff is a blast and the service is amazing even when the place is packed!!

We're from out of state and wanted a fun date night while visiting family. This place delievered! All the staff and customers were kind and fun! A great place for first time karaoke goers or veterns. 10/10 would reccommend. Be prepared to park in the parking garage and walk 3 minutes (parking garage was super cheap, we paid $5 for 2-3 hours) and the road was torn up in front of the door so that was the only sucky part. We managed it and I'm sure the consteuctiin will be done soon. Highly reccommend this place nonetheless!

Amelia was awesome at running karaoke and also is a great singer. The bartenders were friendly and really efficient and the patrons were all in good spirits. Best karaoke bar I’ve ever been to.

I always have a good time but don't suggest using a debit card because they took their own tip after the fact I gave her cash for a tip. Stealing is never okay. Spoke to the manager and was shrugged off like it was my fault.

Nice place, great set up for karaoke, can be a bit of a long wait for songs on a Friday evening, beer is in bottles and cans rather than draft, service was lovely and quick. I didn't try the food so that rating is only based on the beer and drink selection. Overall a fun night out for karaoke!
