I came in to pick up an online order I had placed through the Cinnabon app. Unfortunately, the order didn’t come through on their end, but Chris was incredibly helpful and understanding. Even though it was a busy Saturday with lots of customers, he took care of the issue right away. I only waited about 10 minutes before my order was ready. The last couple times I've ordered the same breakfast bagel I've always ordered from here (turkey with tomato ) it's missing something. Last time it was the tomato, today no egg nor cheese. Not sure what is going on. It's bad enough you have to wait in a long drive thru line, then pull around to find nowhere to park and wait longer, but then to finally have a chance to eat during your morning commute & find you (once again) overpaid & tipped for something...

I believe the lady helping us wads named Shonice. If I have the name wrong I apologize. However, I had a pleasant experience at this location with my boyfriend We were served promptly and the the woman helping us was so friendly and kind. I appreciate the small talk while we waited for our order. Wonderful experience. Definitely recommend the jalapeño pretzel.
