We had Ave W cater for our wedding this year. We told chef Byron our vision of something kind of elevated home style and he made it happen! He had the perfectly cooked steaks and seasoned chicken we wanted coming in hot off the grill right as it was time to eat. We also had a ton of delicious sides; including a few of Byrons own nice additions like greens, veggies, rice, a pasta dish for our vegetarians, and my favorite, the Mac and cheese! Ave W will work with you to get things just how you want them, and B will make friends with your entire event from behind the grill. Would highly recommend!
