Let's get this straight, the Cemita de Milanesa is the biggest sandwich I've ever seen. It's really too much for one person. If you can eat this by yourself you should be making better choices. It tastes great and its well put together. But you better be ready to share it or save some for later. It's just huge, grande, ginormas, malaking, enorme. Its a take out only food truck. This is one of the best food trucks in the Des Moines area. It’s very rare to find a place in Iowa that sells cemitas (traditional tortas from Puebla, Mexico made out of sesame seed bread). The cemitas are packed with food. I recommend the milanesa one!! Their tacos are made of homemade tortillas. You only need one because they are ENORMOUS. Puro Puebla is definitely one of the best food trucks in the Des Moines area. The portions are huge, the food is great, and it leaves you craving for more. The owners and staff are very nice people, too. Definitely recommend to those looking for delicious authentic Mexican food.e
