“Probably the BEST Tacos and Burritos Ive has since being in Iowa. Ive driven 20 mins to get here on the southside and would do it again without hesitation. The price is lower than most taco trucks and the food is AMAZING!!“

“I reached out to them about serving food for a company event and they were AMAZING. Very kind people and they did a great job, and their food is delicious! Another food truck bailed on us last minute and Roadside Tacos helped pick up their slack and ended up serving more people than anticipated. No one left hungry. I will definitely keep them in mind for future events!“
“Omg! Food was AMAZING! Pupusas were delicious, the cabbage you put on top of them was fire. I thought I had $20 worth of food, was only $10! Lady was extremely sweet and I loved the whole interaction from walking in to door hungry to walking out with some of the best food I’ve eaten. I’ll be back tomorrow!“

“We’ve been meaning to go to veggie thumper for quite some time and finally decided to go tonight! We had the samosas, Frisco melt, Philly cheesesteak, nachos and the chocolate cheesecake, we were blown away by each and every dish! Highly highly recommend!“
“One of the better Street taco trucks in Des Moines. Al Pastor tacos were fantastic. The charred pepper/onions were also excellent. Tacos are a bit small, but not that different than most other trucks. Small suggestion: spice up the red (and green) salsa more? Both are a bit more thin than I usually like.“

“This is my favorite taco truck im DSM. So much flavor and quality to the food everytime I come. No nonsense, no frills, just dank food! The lady at the window is very nice and the food is made quick. No dilly dallying here. In a little tire shop parking lot, so you know its authentic. Go here and get their food. Worth it.“

“I love this place, and no it's not because of it being walking distance from my house. It has to do with the amazing service and food. The buche (pork stomach) is sent from God himself. I will forever be indebted to the wonderful flavors and smells of this place for teaching me how to truly live.“

“I ordered three chicken tacos and two beef tacos. All were delicious. I also ordered a chicken burrito. That was huge and even better than the tacos. I was in town from Los Angeles, and I would eat here again if I come back. Definitely worth a stop.
Must eat: burrito.“

“I think they have good street tacos and good honest people there! I accidentally left my phone and that nice lady actually noticed and put it up for me ... there' was kind of a language barrier when I was there earlier ordering food..but when I went back we both understood that hand action where we use our hands as the telephone so she knew exactly what I meant..oh yeah hugs are Universal to and I had to give her a great big one for keeping my phone for me when she found it... Id like to say thank you to her......“

“Really good Mexican food if you can handle authentic food that's spicy. My white husband likes choripollo. We love their carne Asada(steak) tortas. I love getting enchiladas Verdes with steak. “This the BEST food truck in Des Moines PERIOD. I've been going to this truck for as long as I can remember, back when the Duke of oil was there. DOMT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO ANY OTHER TRUCK. In my opinion this is the only REAL food truck. Every other one tries to do what this truck did 10 years ago. Prices are unbeatable, the burrito is the size of my thigh, BRING CASH.“
