“I heard about Hot Tamale on the news and had to try it for myself. Talk about delicious. I ended up going back twice in the same week so that I could get tamales for my family and friends. We liked the pork best and the green salsa was fantastic. Highly recommend if you are on the south side.“

“Byron has catered two events for me now and always comes up with great ideas while staying in budget.“

“I don’t know where to start or if there are even enough words to speak on behalf of the team that catered our company party. The food was good but the staff were the stars. At one point a few were dancing through the venue, laughing and joking with our team. At one point, we offered them soda, only to find out one of the members was 71 which had us all begging for her skincare routine because she looked nowhere near her age. Every encounter with the catering team was amazing and had a lasting impression on us. I’m from Seattle and hoping I encounter another great team like the one we had at Hello, Marjorie that evening.“

“We ordered the chicken parmesan for a lunch meeting and it was fabulous! It came with pasta, marinara sauce, salad, dinner rolls, and of course the melt in your mouth brownies and cookies! Great job In the Bag Corporate Cuisine.“

“We stopped here at the last minute and they did not disappoint! Their food is amazing! Highly recommend stopping if you’re hungry.“

“I reached out to them about serving food for a company event and they were AMAZING. Very kind people and they did a great job, and their food is delicious! Another food truck bailed on us last minute and Roadside Tacos helped pick up their slack and ended up serving more people than anticipated. No one left hungry. I will definitely keep them in mind for future events!“

“We tried this for our first time today. Loved it! Got the flautas and chicken fajita chimichanga. Soo good! This is our new fave Mexican place.“
