We enjoyed our visit. The food was very good and the service was just okay. We had to wait for our food a little longer then I expected but we weren't in a hurry so it was fine although they weren't very busy at the time. We will be back. The charred edimame was excellent.

Excellent experience at Blue Sushi. This was our first time at the restaurant, and the experience was great from start to finish. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and they made excellent menu suggestions, which we really appreciated as first-time guests. The quality of the food is outstanding—you can truly taste the freshness, especially in the tuna, shrimp, and crab. You can definitely notice the difference compared to other sushi places. They also offer happy hour from Monday to Friday until 6:30 p.m., with several menu items on promotion, some priced $3–$8 less than the regular menu, which is a great bonus. The restaurant is beautiful, spacious, and very clean, with easy parking available. Overall, a complete and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.

If you’re expecting authentic Japanese sushi, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. The quality of the food fell short. The ingredients used were not good in quality, and even the basics—like the sushi rice—were not done well. The rice didn’t stick together, and fell apart easily.
Overall, this is a very average experience. Don’t come with high expectations.
One piece of advice for the owner: if you want to create new sushi, please make sure it’s done well, or stick with the traditional sushi.

Just go to Akabono. If you show up at Blue and there is a host to seat you then you might have a chance of decent service, but if there isnt one then just leave unless you don't mind standing around for someone to notice you've been there for 5-10 minutes.

Someone recommended this place for its vegan options and it did not disappoint! Wait staff great and knowledgeable. Portions were decent and food was very tasty and fresh. Many versions that weren’t bland but spot on spice level! We definitely be back up to eat here again (worth the 2 hour drive)!

Our server was excellent, the tofu lettuce wraps were incredible and reason why we were re-visiting. Pepper appetizer and fried ice cream, sushi, all exceeded our expectations!
I went here on a first date and it was a perfect location for it. The parking is easy, downtown parking. We went during lunch and I still found parking in front.
The server was kind, attentive, but not invasive.
The food is delicious! It was fresh, flavorful, and pretty.
