I don’t know what the mistake was... I placed my order through the BWW application and it provided a delivery period 40 minutes after placing my order... and in the end I was waiting for the 40 minutes and one more hour. Until I got tired of waiting and I had to go personally to the restaurant to pick up my order, when I got home I had the food cold and watery... I hope you can improve that, I have a bad experience specifically from this south branch.

on multiple occasions ive been unsatisfied with my order, i still have given benefit of doubt and returned because bww is one of my fav chicken spots. but my last encounter with this location was horrible. I placed a order online and called to modify my order, i was refused that option because i already paid online even tho i didnt get the option to modify how i prefer online. also i have always called to give specific instructions and its been accepted at other bww before. on top of not being able to modify my order i was told if i cancel i wont get my refund until about a week and i would have to pay for new order. i kept the order i originally placed and i asked could i simply get my order extra crispy, the manager replied yes. after picking up my order i informed the host the order was not what i asked and the manger indirectly told the staff to tell me if he remakes my food i would have to pay, after getting home and actually looking at my food the restaurant purposely burnt my food simply. its very inconsiderate to treat customer this way, its food i pay for so i should be able to have it cooked a certain way without it being over the top too much to ask.

Went on Veterans day as they were offering a free meal for veterans and my husband is a veteran and thought we should try it. Well my food came a good 10 minutes before his food. I ordered (the paid meal) a boneless 10 piece with potato wedges. I received ice Cold popcorn chicken. The pieces were so small I think I would have received more food if I'd ordered an appetizer. I actually went home and had a sandwich. Husband said his were mediocre at best when he finally got them. Then we got the bill and I was charged extra for my fries. Who does that? The server was nowhere to be found for the entirety of our visit. Someone else even brought my husband's food. They were not busy at all. Maybe 10 tables and what looked to be at least 5 servers who mostly stood around chatting. This is in my opinion a sub par chain that is overpriced and short on service. Won't be back.
