I’m so mad 😡 don’t go here because the service sucks , the food is cold and my birthday dinner was bad . So I never ate anything but the pretzels bites and they need better service and better management, waitresses etc. I use to like them but I will not be going back there ever again and I also deleted the app. What a crappy night . I will be calling the health department for sure oh and by the way it was the south side location so Don’t eat there .

We sat at the bar and Brandon the bartender was a rock star!!! Totally took care of us when we came in for the Veterans Day special. My husband had the Vet special which was 10 bone free wings and fries. (Which had a 10 sticker on the paper under the wings) I ordered 6 traditional wings with bones and Brandon let us know it was Tuesday night, buy an of order 6 wings and get another order for half price. Wings were fine but I only received 10 wings and there was a sticker on the paper that said 12.
I used the bathroom before I left and it was very clean.

Had not visited this location for probably a year to 2 years. After my experience this evening I don't plan to be back there anytime soon. Not busy and our server was extremely slow. Must only have one cook because everybody's meals came out separately.

Daughter and some friends showed up at 45 minutes to close, server took all the other orders but completely ignored my daughter's. They asked the server several times to take daughter's order, completely ignored. Very sad and disappointing. There was zero indication as to why as all other orders of the group were taken and served.

I like buffalo wild wings but i had the worst experience in this location the waiters had the attitude like we don’t care and the wait time for everything was super long.

We were seated by the hostess and waited 25 minutes and were never even acknowledged that we were at the table. We asked what was going on, to be told there was only one server on the floor (5pm), but we could try the bar area or wait for the next server to come on at 6. We sat at the table for another 10 minutes, no one came by. We then moved to a bar area table for 10 minutes, again never acknowledged. 4-5 staff members were walking around talking to other tables, delivering food and bussing tables.
