I don’t know what the mistake was... I placed my order through the BWW application and it provided a delivery period 40 minutes after placing my order... and in the end I was waiting for the 40 minutes and one more hour. Until I got tired of waiting and I had to go personally to the restaurant to pick up my order, when I got home I had the food cold and watery... I hope you can improve that, I have a bad experience specifically from this south branch.
The food was good ,sauce was kinda vinegary for my taste,but I'll definitely try a different sauce next time. Service was ok.....

We’ve gotten food here several times both in the restaurant and takeout. The experience dining in is great. The service and food are excellent.But we have had issues when ordering food for takeout multiple times. There have been occasions where the wing sauce was wrong, and even one time when there was no sauce at all even though it was requested on the side. We’ve only had the issues nearing takeout. Dining in it’s always been perfect.
