The food is great and the server tried as hard as possible, but it definitely shows that the manager is in control. I had to switch seats to view the upcoming sports while eating and drinking. If you’re looking for personal and expert experiences, go elsewhere like Jordan Creek. Mearle Hay needs major work when it comes to customer attention. I arrived at the restaurant at 3pm and was seated immediately. However, we sat at our table for about 15 minutes before anyone batted an eye at us. Other tables were being helped while we waited. However, Greisha noticed this issue and came to help us. She stated she had been cut and was about to leave, but she would help us until another server would. Another server never came and Greisha stayed late to help us. Her service really turned our experience around.
