4/3/24 2:30pm. We received the rudest service I ever had a fast food. Ordered $25 worth of food ( which nowadays is like 3 sandwiches) and after every time I said one part of my order I was asked is that all yet every time. And my order was cut short because the last thing I ordered the person taking my order said “Jesus Christ is that everything yet??” I will never go back, try calling them 15 times to get their corporate number / management on duty at the time. They hung up the phone every time.
Went through drive-thru spent $27* on 2 meals which I'm fine with but customer Service was horrible! Didn't even eat the food when I got home which was 5 mins away food was dry and old and the fries were ice cold ! Don't go to this

My last 3 visits they did not give me my full order. They either for got the orange juice, hash browns or breakfast sandwich. Check to see if you received your full order before you leave cause they don’t.this is the only place I have this problem. One visit I checked my order before I left they forgot the hash browns when I told the lady she said I did not order hash browns then she found the receipt in the trash and gave me my hash browns. Other then that I have had no other problems.

I work near this location and it’s litterslly the worst BK I’ve been to. They always get my order wrong. And 1/2 the time I don’t even get a receipt back. 9/10 times there will be one person greeting u in the drive up then always another person actually taking your order. I have no desire to actually go in this location. Save your time and $. McDonald’s is 1 block away. Go there. Not here
