Today me and my two younger kids rolled through the drive-thru and got to talk to the district manager Mindy and she was so incredibly genuinely nice helpful and had excellent customer service! I also just noticed that they filled in the big pothole in the Drive-Thru. Mindy also mentioned that next year they will be getting some upgrades which is a plus!
I would like to say thank you to Mindy I believe that's her name, she had helped my son with a gift card so he could eat until I got there from Moline Illinois to pick him up. Thank you so much, you have great customer service, kindness and a huge ❤️ to help others. This happened last week sorry it took so long to post i had surgery and I'm better now. Thank you again.
Crystal is wonderful, when I tell u EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE SHE IS THE SAME GREAT PERSON. U NEED TO FIND 3 OR 4 MORE JUST LIKE HER. GIVE HER A RAISE.

Food is generally good, although sometimes cheese is forgotten on orders, and it’s recommended to double-check orders before leaving. The fountain drink station usually works well, but occasionally drinks can get mixed with water. The bathroom for women can have a bad smell and may need better cleaning. The manager is friendly, makes few mistakes, and quickly fixes any issues. Despite some noisy and uncomfortable moments, with sticky tables and loud employees in the kitchen, Burger King generally provides a satisfactory dining experience.
