I've been here many times for lunch (around 1:00) and always have an excellent experience. The Whooper yesterday was hot, fresh, soft bun, and very melted cheese. It was wonderful. Are the fries hot and salty? Yes! Too salty? Not for me because I hate my arteries. The Coca Cola was cold and tasted just right. This is the best BK in the Des Moines area. Excellent job!

Took over 20 minutes to get my order in drive thru, all employees were laughing and shaking up and not trying to do anything to speed up orders… came home and am missing 2 out of 5 items …. Great job

Fourty mins just to get food !!! Pulled up to the drive-through and was told it’d be a minute after about 10 minutes. I pulled around to the window since there was two cars behind me and I couldn’t go anywhere and was met by an employee that explained I had to drive back around to place order Since they can’t take orders at the window and I explain there was two cars behind me and I had nowhere to go besides forward, so I pulled back around and was meant by the two cars that were still waiting to be acknowledged after Another 10 minutes they both left and I pulled for it again to try to place order and after a few minutes, I was was successful pulled up to the window to pay and was instantly pulled forward to Wait for food why wait in another 10 minutes absolutely crazy if my wife didn’t want Burger King so bad I would’ve left. What’s the point of even being open at this point will not be back

I went through the drive thru tonight. The lady who took my order was WONDERFUL. She was a pleasure to speak to, very friendly and courteous. Her name was Sylvia. Sorry if I spelled it incorrectly. Sylvia deserves a raise.!!
EDIT: I placed an order through the drive thru tonight, Oct 25, 2025. I got the pleasure of speaking to Sylvia again tonight. She was wonderful as always. There is another employee i need to mention as well, his name is Rob. Rob is very polite and respectful. I made small talk while waiting for my order and he was a pleasure to speak to. He has helped me multiple times and has always been a pleasure. Its nice to interact with people who are polite and friendly and actually SMILE!! Rob and Sylvia BOTH deserve raises.
Its nice to have someone at this Burger King location act like they don't hate their job.
