An employee by the name of Jamie denied access to someone who had a service animal. After speaking up and letting her know it's illegal for them to request paperwork. She tried to sit and argue with me but it didn't matter service animal or ESA that the girl had to show paperwork. Very very illegal for them to ask for papers.To the owner who sees this my suggestion is that you train your employees the difference between emotional support animal and a service animal and what is legal and illegal for them to request. They do have videos out there and each of your employees should have to take a test so they are aware of the rules and regulations of the Ada

This is the worst fast-food drive-thru on the face of the earth. Every car gets pulled forward and sits for a very long time. After being asked to pull forward to the front of the building, I sat in my car waiting for 1 sandwich, for 26 minutes. There were 4 cars ahead of me when I was pulled around and 7 cars behind me. All waiting for a very long time. Doesn't make any sense at all.

Ordered two rodeo burgers no BBQ he asked if I wanted to add cheese I said no, and cheesy tots and ranch, what I got was one rodeo burger plain the other had BBQ and cheese, and no tots. Was handed zesty and said I actually asked for ranch and she handed them to me annoyed. Lol I've worked fast food ppl aren't reading the screens and the drive thru lady miserable. Not even gonna wait in the line another 20 minutes to tell them and make them more upset. just gonna go to the Windsor heights one to get cheesy tots and what I wanted.

Workers ignore cars in drive through and are rude over intercom will drive further away for food next time even tho this location is only a couple blocks from where I live. Service is absolutely horrible and not worth a stop in.

Normally I don’t go to BK after having bad experiences at some other locations. I had a few minutes to spare so I went in. The manager on duty- and an employee who was sweeping the lobby greeted me warmly. I asked for a chicken sandwich and when I asked for a fresh original chicken she didn’t argue. She even asked how I wanted it. I did the combo, and when it came out. The fries were fresh. The sandwich was hot. I mean hot like I like it. Onions and mustard just like I like it. The best part. She suggested I splurge and get the cookies. I can’t say no to cookies. All in all not a bad meal. I’d go back.
