We LOVE Mama Pam! She makes my BK interaction amazing every SINGLE time. My kids see her every morning like a ritual which means we eat WAY too much BK, but her smile and service is everything. Food always hot, she always got the sauce..never misses a beat. Give her a RAISE!
I normally have a good experience at the MLK location but today sucked! Got told to pull around cuz they were waiting on food to be cooked. Fish was almost burnt fried. The fries and onion rings tasted like they had been sitting for hours. The other 2 sandwiches were not fresh either. So what did we have to wait for??? Then the girl that brought our food out was complaining that she had to serve 2 other cars before bringing ours out. You all need more employees like Mama Pam because...read full review

Normally I don’t go to BK after having bad experiences at some other locations. I had a few minutes to spare so I went in.
