To the owner, I was there last Monday 2/10/25 and the young man tried to short change me, but I caught it, plus just about every time I order a LARGE cone it looks like a medium cone, please give a little more ice cream, I come there at least 2 times a week, but that could stop.

Why would you have featured items if they’re not even available for order? Either your marketing team is terrible or your staff is lazy and doesn’t want to make a certain item.

Ordered through DoorDash and the order was randomly cancelled a few minutes later with zero explanation. If this was at the end of the night maybe I would have given them a pass but at 2:10pm you’ve got to give an explanation if you’re unable to run your restaurant and push out orders. The good thing about this being a chain though, if one drops the ball I can always order elsewhere.

Ordered a cake, did not get what I ordered, when trying to explain this to the guy at the window, he just got an attitude about it. First pick is what I ordered second one is what I got.

I've stopped in numerous times here this summer and ordered a blizzard, all but one time there is two to three inches of plain vanilla ice cream at the bottom of the cup as they are not completely blended. Today, 09/29 at 4:15 I stopped in and ordered a blizzard. I began to ask the cashier to make sure the blizzard was completely stirred but was cut off with him saying :pull around: before I even completed my request. When I go to the window, there was a young, dark haired boy and I asked him if he had heard my request...no response, he just told me the total and gave a little smirk, and when I got home, found my blizzard again was not completely stirred. Now for $6.43 you would expect that the dessert is properly made, and that if a request is made, that it is at least acknowledged but nope, just a punk teenager with a smirk on his face and a poorly made blizzard. I've been going to this DQ location for years, but after recent visits and poor treatment today I won't be back.

Very disappointed. I absolutely love the salted caramel truffle blizzard, and I’ve ordered it frequently since it came out a few years ago. However, the one I got from this particular location was nowhere near the same quality as every single one I’ve had previously. Unless something has changed, I thought the standard is to make it with chocolate syrup mixed in, not force the customer to ask for it. As such, I was given a vanilla ice cream blizzard with a small amount of caramel mixed in. The truffles were not mixed in and only had a few right on top, and none in the rest of it. I also was not asked about size like I have been every other time I’ve ordered. Instead, I was given a size small, and at a higher price than listed on the menu as well. I will most certainly not be back.
