“We ordered in the drive through, and one of the drinks we wanted required a syrup that the store was out of. The employee incredibly politely said that they were out of it and than offered a replacement that would make the drink taste similar. Probably the best service I've had at a drive through in a long time, and they didn't even ask for a tip.“

“Currently the best Dunkin in the metro because of the staff. Idk what they do but their iced coffee just tastes better every time. He is so friendly & sweet that I'm here almost every day after work for a pick-me-up & a smile 😁“

“I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for years, and the experience has stayed consistent: you get your coffee, the staff are friendly enough, and that’s that. Nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done.

Now, the parking lot… well, it’s a compact little maze in a strip mall lot, so you get what you get. Maneuvering in there feels like a mini driving test, and just as a heads-up: I was once the victim of a hit-and-run in this very parking lot. Not Dunkin’s fault, but maybe keep your head on a swivel and have insurance. Just a suggestion.“

“Friendly staff whether you're going through the drive through or stopping in. Coffee is always strong and they don't skimp on flavoring when you ask for it. Food is always hot and tastes freshly made. Definitely my go to Dunkin in DSM.“
