“This location has struggled for several years now finding hard working people who are dedicated to their job and show up but the new owners of the place have gone above and beyond!! They have been so nice and the food is fresh, coffee is well made, and they do it all with a smile! They are very hard working and you can tell they want to make your experience pleasant, HIGHLY recommend this location!!“
“I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for years, and the experience has stayed consistent: you get your coffee, the staff are friendly enough, and that’s that. Nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done.
Now, the parking lot… well, it’s a compact little maze in a strip mall lot, so you get what you get. Maneuvering in there feels like a mini driving test, and just as a heads-up: I was once the victim of a hit-and-run in this very parking lot. Not Dunkin’s fault, but maybe keep your head on a swivel and have insurance. Just a suggestion.“
“2023: iI have to give credit to this DD for improving. While the drive through can have a long wait and orders are made wrong occasionally, they're always willing to fix their mistakes and talk it out.2018:I used to really love this place, but I'd say around a few months ago the service began to change. Today was pretty much the last straw. I cant say who my server was because "their system wasn't showing my order" so I wasn't given a receipt. This is the umpteenth time this has happened, and each time it feels the employees are taking their technical problems out on customers. I've gone to this Dunkin for years so I most likely wont stop but I am very close to calling corporate.the drive is are inconsistentas well“
“We ordered in the drive through, and one of the drinks we wanted required a syrup that the store was out of. The employee incredibly politely said that they were out of it and than offered a replacement that would make the drink taste similar. Probably the best service I've had at a drive through in a long time, and they didn't even ask for a tip.“
