Waited 30 minutes for our food. Went to the front to ask and they were all playing in their phones and had forgotten to start any of it. They then finally started our food and still were unable to get the order correct delivering the wrong menu items. After paying we also realized they double charged us for one of the items.
Getting coffee through a drive through should be an unstressful experience. After a 15 min wait between ordering and reaching the drive through window our 3 drinks were still not ready. If you want to get Dunkin’ by all means do so. But if you have someplace to be I’d go somewhere else.

They “lose” my order more times than not. I order on line the donuts I want just to find out when I get there they don’t have any and I have to order something else after I have already paid. They don’t have any kind of system and are completely overwhelmed!
