They “lose” my order more times than not. I order on line the donuts I want just to find out when I get there they don’t have any and I have to order something else after I have already paid. They don’t have any kind of system and are completely overwhelmed!

Waited 30 minutes for our food. Went to the front to ask and they were all playing in their phones and had forgotten to start any of it. They then finally started our food and still were unable to get the order correct delivering the wrong menu items. After paying we also realized they double charged us for one of the items.

Getting coffee through a drive through should be an unstressful experience. After a 15 min wait between ordering and reaching the drive through window our 3 drinks were still not ready. If you want to get Dunkin’ by all means do so. But if you have someplace to be I’d go somewhere else.

The inside is never open anymore so if you want something on a Saturday or Sunday morning you have to wait in a long line. Which I did today. And then got home to find they didn't give me the right order. Tried calling the store. No one answers. I'll just take the extra time to go to Church donuts.

I won't give them money ever again.When I was young, Dunkin' Donuts was awesome and legendary. Not anymore.I keep giving them a chance, thinking maybe it was just one location. I've been disappointed the last few times I've been to a Dunkin' Donuts (multiple locations), but this time was even more so.On a Saturday mid-afternoon...- they were OUT of almost everything we asked for (most of which were being promoted by giant signs).- there was very little choice of donut flavors,- the employee was obviously untrained in customer service (plus he mumbled into the mic and had to be asked to repeat almost everything he said),- he was very NOT helpful and projected the attitude that he was bothered to even have to talk to us.- The coffee drinks and donuts we purchased were stale and nasty - especially for how expensive everything was.I don't NEED donuts. I certainly don't need overpriced garbage thrown out a drive-thru window by an untrained teenager. Done trying. I won't be back to any Dunkin' Donuts again.

I usually go here for donuts on occasion, but the last time I had, it was from an online order through their app. When I arrived to pick up my order, employees were a bit oblivious, saying that they never received the order, so I showed them my order and order # from the order I had placed, but they said they never received it. Please pay better attention and if your end of app is not open, please do so. I found that part of the visit unprofessional of them. They made it right though, but please do better going forward.
Cars backed up to SE 14th. Waited a good 10 min for them to acknowledge them once I started to speak he told me to hold on. Five min go by then he takes the order. I know it is not employee fault. Short staff with low pay.
