Night shift produces consistent quality, they'd rather have me wait 5-10 mins for fresh food than serve me some stale food like alot of locations.. I'm a huge fan of that. Good job guys 👍

I usually don’t write reviews but this is my third time here in the morning and I’m just disappointed. I came back to hardees because of the cinnamon and raisin biscuits. I usually ask for more icing because they be hard, burnt and dry from this location on army post. Ive gotten the same biscuit every time and I just go home and throw the food away. When I go after work around 4 PM the food and a cinnamon raisin biscuits are really good and fresh. And when I asked for extra icing, there’s no problems getting it. I understand working with the public can be hard but I don’t like to waste my money either. Get it together morning crew. The young man in the drive-through has always been very respectful and nice. I’ve also had problems with management the other times and they were the worst ones to try to handle the situation. Very rude. No more mornings for me

I went through the drive-thru. Ordered original hot ham and cheese, big cheeseburger, and two medium fries. I drove home and discovered they didn't give me my big cheeseburger. It's not worth driving back for a cheeseburger. Usually the customer service is horrible. I've witnessed a lot of passive aggressive behavior from the staff toward customers over the past few months at this location.

Happy to learn easy to order double Mushroom & Swiss burger @competive price. Staff excellent & fast service. Pleasantly surprised. Met family who voted early & had pleasant conversation.
Ordered 2 hand-scooped skakes, the employee told us to pull ahead & then we waited in the drive through behind 5 cars, for 15-20 min before getting to the window. Once at the window, we were told they " were out of icecream. " If they were out or getting low, someone should have told us when we ordered. Not have us sit in line for 20 min.

Ordered a big hot ham and cheese sandwich with onion rings and a sour dough burger with onion rings. Got a reg hot ham and cheese tge bun was soggy and didn't get either order of onion rings. Don't give there
