#1 we had to wait for the one in charge of taking orders in drive-thru to stop messing around with the girl at the window....#2 we paid almost 25 for both our meals and the tenders were so small that the almost 10 dollar adult meal didn't feed the chips so small and the curly fries ice cold they made it a point to ask about sauce for the tenders only not include it ...#3 they ruined my Frisco burger completely my bun wasn't even toasted just greasy butter dripping from it I had to finish toasting it at home before I could even think about trying to eat it....cashier ..rude...enough said....for the only place really open on Thanksgiving night you'd think the employees would be more on their game at this time not slackin or giving hardees at this location a bad name......

We waited 45 mins being the only ppl in drive thru the whole time. We got 2 meals. They never once came to the window for us to pay or even to give us a heads up on the wait. We were ignored until they were ready.

I am only giving it a 1 * because I had to for the Review. When arrived there was no paper towels in the bathroom then as we were placing our order the cashier was had a earbud on arguing with someone on her phone and was Rude to my Wife when she asked a Question. We received our Food in a Timely manner but My Wife's sandwich looked uncooked and splattered together like Slop. We will never return to this place and I recommend you think twice about it. And also they had Ten people working there or at least it looked like it and all their tables in the lobby looked Dirty and I Mean Dirty 🤮🤢🤮

They have great food however that doesn't matter if they don't get your order correct. The lady who took my order seem to have an attitude with me which I usually ignore however, I ordered a double grilled cheese bacon burger was given a double Burger, I also ordered a double Big Burger with Swiss and only catch up I was given a big burger single with pickles and all the toppings, at least the kids meal was mostly correct except for I said a hamburger and they gave a cheeseburger
Squished but hot sandwiches, soft/weak warm fries, drink was a pop, she didn't listen when I said no ice.

It is a very nice place to go in and eat. The staff is fun and helpful. Great food, plenty of space to eat in and clean. Such a nice Hardee's location. Don't give it a second thought, eat in.

Here's another 1 star for ya. 1 in 3 times they can't count to 2, that's a double. You charge for a double, so you know what 2 is. Today they can't count to 1. A bun with mayo, lettuce, tomato and NOTHING else. Pathetic
