Fail…drove up, right after “lunch” started. My cheese burger was obviously not fresh, very cold & dry. Thankfully, I asked for ketchup, was gifted two packets…Unfortunately, after dipping a few limp fries in the ketchup, I didn’t have enough to revive the burger. The kid in the movie Big Daddy ate more than 2 packets, with nothing to dip in it…Be better!

Went through the Drive-through on Sunday, December 22. When we got home on the east side and opened the bag, we were missing a sandwich. Called and spoke to a worker presumably the manager and was told our name was in the book to have that replaced because the sandwich was sitting right there on the Counter and that we would have 30 days to pick up the replacement. Went today on Christmas Eve to get the replacement and my husband was told that there was Nothing in the book and refused to replace the order that they forgot to give us. The manager in charge would not come to speak to my husband. A worker who was talking with him told him that she was inside counting drawers and she could not come out. We are out nine dollars and they have lost us as customers. Worst customer service ever.
UPDATE 1/16/25 As of this date I have yet to be contacted by a general manager, district manager, or corporate/franchise management. This tells me that this company does not value its customers and is ok with literally stealing from their customers. Paying almost $10 for nothing😡. I'm very disappointed and will never patronize this company and will let others know. 🤷♀️

This place has absolutely better biscuits and gravy than any other place I've come across and it's definitely the place to go for breakfast if you are going to go with a fast food option!

Their #1 was really good. Large tomato slices, onions, lettuce and pickles. The fries were nice and hot.
Ordered my food started eating and found my biscuit was completely raw in the middle so who ever made it cut the biscuit and still put all the meats on the raw dough!! Picture for proof don't eat here!! You can literally pull the dough and it stretches.

Went through drive through on 9/8 at 6pm. Diego Felipe had a difficult time understanding my order no matter how easily I said it. Had an attitude at the window when I requested my card back after he swiped it and stood there holding it.

Hardee's has the best biscuits anywhere. The food here was fresh and hot, and served quickly by friendly staff. There are few Hardee's left, so I always make it a point to stop when I can.
