I just had one of the best fast food experiences ever, and it was entirely thanks to the incredible team working the drive-thru this morning. From the moment we pulled up to the speaker to the moment we drove off with our food, Victor and his coworker (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) had us laughing, smiling, and genuinely enjoying ourselves.

Their energy was amazing, funny, upbeat, and so naturally warm. They told jokes, kept the conversation light, and turned what is usually a quick, forgettable stop into something that truly set the tone for our whole day. It’s rare to see that level of customer service and hospitality anywhere, let alone at a fast food restaurant, and these two absolutely went above and beyond.

Victor and his teammate deserve a raise or some form of recognition for the way they brighten customers’ days. People like them are the reason customers return, not just for the food, but for the experience.

Outstanding job, truly. 👏

My wife and I stopped in to eat lunch around 1 pm went up to counter waited at least 4 minutes before the gal said be right with you I said OK after 5 more minutes we just left was only 1 car in drive through and nobody inside so we took our 30 dollar small order and went to Arby's on 100th street was so friendly and made up for my bad day going to take my business there from now on

Zero stars. Ordered 33 bucks worth of food, waited in the drive thru for ten minutes, and everything in the bag was cold. Then the manager hung up on me because I called him on it when he tried to say he made the food when I ordered it. No way it was cold in 3 minutes from me getting food and trying to eat it.

The customer service here is so good it almost doesn't belong in 21st century! The service was similar when people had manners and were always polite not acting like your bothering them by interrupting them while they scroll through their Instagram feed! Thank you to the person who was working last Saturday night. She deserves a raise

Minis the fact that the manager is sick and shouldn't be around the food we had a great experience. My wife went to use the bathroom and the manager was in there coughing and throwing up. Really hope you guys can get some help. We hope so she can get some rest and see a doctor.

Yesterday on the 27th of July. We came through the drive thru to ordered some food from the menu and asked for the manager. She came on and asked how she could help me. I was having trouble with the menu and she helped me out and was amazing too. My family got a couple of Frisco Burgers. We got to the window and the manager came over to cash us out. I asked her name and she said Christina. We were very happy with how Christina helped us and she made us feel welcome. Thank you Christina and we will be back again.

Worst Customer Service Experience of My Life

I ordered food that was completely inedible, so I called the store to see what my options were. I was told I could bring the food and the receipt in for a refund. When I arrived, I brought everything back exactly as instructed—only to be told that a refund was not an option.

What followed was incredibly unprofessional and escalated for no reason. The shift lead, Christina, refused to clearly communicate what she was doing. She took my card but didn’t tell me whether she was issuing a refund, and I never received a receipt. Ultimately, she called the police on me—for asking about a refund they told me I could get. I found out from the officer, after leaving the building, that she had processed the refund without ever saying a word to me.

Christina’s behavior was inappropriate and hostile. As a shift lead, she seriously lacks the training to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally. Her inability to communicate or de-escalate a very basic situation turned a refund request into a police matter—which was completely avoidable.

I later received a call from the corporate office. After reviewing the security footage, they admitted that Christina and the GM mishandled the entire situation and that it would be addressed internally.

No one should ever be treated like this over a simple refund request!!!!!
