Stopped through the drive-thru today at B-Bop’s on SE 14th, and I’ve got to give a big shoutout to Andrea for her honesty! I accidentally handed her too much cash without realizing it, and she caught it right away — gave me back my correct change and the extra bill I had slipped in. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days, and it really deserves some recognition. Appreciate you, Andrea — thank you for being so genuine and kind!“

“I don't usually leave reviews but truly I must after the incredible experience we just had here. My kids are your typical picky eaters and getting them to eat is usually quite a task. Instead of the usual, both my kids devoured thier burgers, and were even asking if they could get another burger. They are currently talking about how they can't wait to go back. The atmosphere was fun and the staff was just as fun while still being professional. The food...the food was absolutely scrumptious. We will be back soon and greatly appreciate how one stop has made our entire day brighter.“

“I rarely (if ever?) do this, but since it was so remarkable, I wanted to give a shout-out. We went through the drive-thru on 10/24 around noon, and had THE NICEST lady take our order. I’ve never experienced that kind of friendly customer service in my life, let alone at a fast food drive-thru. She had a positive tone to her voice, was friendly, upbeat, said please and thank you; clearly cared about her customer. Whoever she is, she is an asset to your business and totally deserves a raise!“
