Upon arriving we were the only car in the parking lot and there was only one vehicle in the drive-thru.
We entered the location in hopes to place our order to go, there was no employees insight to take our order. We walked up to the counter and stood there for a few minutes when two employees walked over from the kitchen/drive-thru area looked us both in the eye and kept on with their tasks. Waited at the drive up menu board for five minutes after they told me to browse the menu for a minute and they’d be right with me. When they did come back, they told me “Oh yeah, we have a half hour wait” There was only two vehicles ahead of me 🤷🏻 Not my first bad experience here and at this point, they should just shut down. I probably won’t even try to go back
I ate a burger for lunch today.
It didn't taste right but I spent 13 bucks in it. So I ate most of it. I couldn't finish it. Now my stomach isn't feeling right. I wont be going back. Culver's is just right up the road.

A&W Restaurant offers great food, but the service can be lacking at times. The store can get busy, with some staff seemingly not engaged. However, the manager went out of their way to make things right when a mistake was made. The restaurant, which is part of a combo with Long John Silver's, has a clean interior and polite staff. They offer unique items like a flavor of the day ice cream. Despite occasional waits, it has become a favorite spot for families, with options for both seafood and classic A&W meals.
