The breadsticks are hot, fresh, and the perfect mix of crunchy outside with a fluffy and soft inside, though sometimes they lack garlic butter. The crust has been noted as bigger than usual. Delivery experiences vary. Some drivers are kind and call ahead, bringing the order to the apartment door. However, one driver was considered rude for telling a customer they forgot to tip before receiving the tip. Despite this issue, the customer will continue to order from the Urbandale store on Douglas avenue. Overall, the food is consistently satisfying, and the restaurant is a favorite pizza spot on that side of the metro.
