We accidentally forgot to tell them no mayo got home There was mayo On it so we went back and they remade the sandwich with no mayo Even though it was our mistake, thank you, Jimmy John's.We appreciate your customer service.We'll be back

The gentleman working were friendly & upbeat! They unfortunately had to remake my sandwich three separate times because they were handing my sandwich out to others or sending them out for deliveries, but I was in no rush. Once I finally got my sandwich, it was great.
