This place had the worst service I have had in a long long time. The bartender was more interested in talking with her friends and sucking on her vape than taking care of people. I had to wait 10 minutes to get her to give me a menu, and then another 15 minutes for her to ask me if I wanted anything. My drink was empty more than it was full. Then she got off shift and transferred my ticket to the next girl and didn't tell her or me she was leaving. This caused me to wait another 20 minutes to cash out because the new bartender thought I was cashed out and just hanging out watching sports.

Went to the bar and was denied service because my spouse had to use the restroom and the rest of my group wanted to take shots. The bouncer said we aren’t a public restroom but we were looking to come inside and purchase drinks along with using the restroom. Rob the bouncer was unprofessional and extremely rude to our group.
We found a table on our own around 9pm. We weren't even sure the kitchen was still open. It seemed a lot of employees were standing around. We only had waters and ordered their Caitlyn Clark Panini with Tater tots.It took a long time to show up, in fact the server walked up while we were waiting and asked how we were doing. It seems she then remembered we were waiting on food. She brought it back a few minutes later. It was cold and the panini was very dry. Some pieces were very hard. The Tater tots were rings and they weren't crispy.... they were soft and cold. If we weren't tired we might have asked for a correction, but we ate and left.I should have searched for a better dinner location.

I didn't order food so I didn't rate it. EVERYTHING ELSE IS PERFECT. Especially for happy hour or a fun weekend out on the city.

This place is a joke! Snotty servers who lie to get others fired. Dont support this place! take your money elsewhere where you will get good service. Cooks don’t wear gloves and food gets dropped on the floor - former server.

This place usually has good food for the most part, but I just ordered a Club Sandwich for takeout and it was awful (wish I could post a picture of it). The reason why is because the bread was barely toasted. Who makes a Club Sandwich without fully toasting the bread? I was in the Food Service Industry for about 6 years (as a cook) and if I'd made something like I got and sent it out, it would have been sent back. But then again I know the proper way to make a Club. The thing about it is the place wasn't even busy.

Would not have given 1 star if I had the choice for 0..Most disrespectful waitress we have ever had, and the Manager was WORSE!So many awful things to even mention! Our waitress had attitude and was rude from the second she walked up to our table. Our group of 5 all ordered drinks and food- 3 of us received our food in about 20 minutes, my boyfriend and I waited another 20 minutes before our waitress even came to check on us and when we asked about our food, she informed us "she wasn't sure where it is, she wasn't in charge of the kitchen." Then turned around and walked away! Didn't even offer to check on our food! It was 45 minutes before our food came- and it was cold! All while this waitress was sitting at other booths, doing shots with young men who came in.We had to wave our arms to get her attention for another drink and a spoon for my meal. She returned with our drinks and no spoon. I requested a spoon again and she said it was a long way to go to get one so give her time. After 10 more minutes I walked over to the bar myself trying to get anyone's attention just to get a dang spoon for my food and our waitress made direct eye contact and walked away from me. There was a man standing next to the bar that I originally thought might have been an employee but after standing there for several minutes and he just kept looking at me I decided he couldn't have been surly he would have asked if I needed anything... I returned to my table -SPOONLESS- She finally brought me a spoon. My friend and I both asked for a to-go box, and she came back with only 1 box! I was pretty upset at this time and asked if she was going to bring me a box also and she said I never requested one... I said to her that she must be having a bad night because she has been rude from the get-go tonight and she told us she "Has the right to be rude if she wants to."The manager came over- It was the man standing at the counter! He basically called me a liar and said he noticed me standing at the bar all upset earlier- YEAH BECAUSE I JUST WANTED A SPOON! What kind of Manager sees a customer upset and not only ignores them but then calls them liars when they are being treated rudely by a server!?I have worked in food service in the past for many years and I know it can be hard work, but this was ridiculous. If I knew who the owner was, I would write him personally because I wouldn't want this happening in my restaurant.Where is John Taffer when you need him!
The music was way too loud - I couldn't hear the person sitting next to me much less anyone else at our table. No one greeted us when we entered so I finally went to the bar and asked if we could sit anywhere. The server was not friendly at all when she came over and took our order. Three of us got our food rather quickly but the other two in our group waited much longer for their food. I asked our server what happened to their food and she said something like, "I don't know, I put the order in 45 minutes ago." She didn't offer to check on it or apologize for the delay. When their food did come out, it was cold - as if it had been sitting for awhile. My friend asked for a spoon. Our server came back to the table without a spoon so she asked for a spoon again. Still no spoon so my friend asked again and the server said something like, "It's busy and it's a long way to walk to get a spoon so bear with me." The server rolled her eyes two different times as she left our table. We also spotted her doing shots with her friends in between her serving duties. My friend finally went to the bar to ask someone else for a spoon. When our server came back things escalated quickly with her rude and unapologetic tone and she went to get the manager. The manager accused my friend of being abusive to the server and said he had it on camera. She asked to see the tape and he said he would not show her. The manager was just as rude as the server if not more so. Needless to say we will never go back here and never recommend it to anyone else.

Unfortunately, the atmosphere is killed by the way-too-loud music for an alcohol-serving restaurant. The owner seems to think it's a Night Club; it is not. So, for eats it's OK, but it's not the spot for a late evening hang-out chatting with friends! Not kid-friendly!
