The Carne asada tacos... delicious ?The burrito was so so which is strange because it was carne asada as well. One of the best tacos I have ever had so I will definitely be returning. Check em out ! GREAT CARNE ASADA TACOS ?

Jose's is my happy place in Des Moines . I've only had the tacos and burritos but they are delicious. Love the grilled onions and serrano peppers on the side. I live on the Southside but drive to Jose's, IMHO the best taco truck in town. Not always there M and Tu.

While in Des Moines we found Jose's Taco Truck and gave it a shot.Joses does not disappoint!! We ate there four times in two days.Tacos are delicious, the best I've had. Tortas are massive. Soft buns hold in fresh and delicious meats, cheeses, avocado and more! The quesidilla was the size of a small island and was delicious, it could feed a small army but i ate it all. The best surprise was Joses hamburgers. Fresh homemade patties loaded with various toppings that took two hands to hold and I happily devoured it.If you're in Des Moines or anywhere close to it go to Joses because you won't be disappointed

Stellar tacos. By far the most authentic Des Moines has to offer. Quick, reliable, delicious and reasonably priced.Inflation has led to a 25% price increase in tacos, this should concern you more than any other economic indicators.

The lady had an attitude, asked for no pork yet wanted to give me bacon know it was pork( due to allergy), food was bland, horchata was bland over all a bland experience with an overactive attitude, would not go back again.
