KFC, a popular fast-food chain, has received a mixed response from customers in this area. While 75% of the time the food is pretty good, customers are advised to ask for fresh food and be willing to wait a bit for the best outcome. The employees are generally well-trained and very friendly.
The dining area is closed, and customers must use the drive-up service. Parking is available, but customers are not allowed to get out of their cars. Despite this, the majority of customers seem to be satisfied with the food, describing it as the "best chicken," "best fries," and "best drinks." The prices are also considered quite affordable.
One customer particularly enjoys the Grilled Chicken, but is disappointed that the S.DSM story no longer carries it. The Chicken, sides, and service are generally praised, and the process of ordering ahead and picking up the food is described as easy once the customer is familiar with it.
