We stopped late to get a couple meals. I don’t like the automated machine for the drive-through because I just knew it was gonna get the order wrong, but Damien was the drive-through associate that filled our order tried to make sure that the sandwich was made right when we got it. It was missing bacon, so I went back around and the employee went above and beyond and actually took it upon himself to personally make the sandwich so he knew it was right. give that man a raise!
I love this hardees, good food and good service, i do like the automation service at the drive thur can hear your order clear would recommend this place for regular or late night service 24

I don't care for the computer voice taking my order, it may be cost effective for the company but it takes longer than an actual person to take an order and get it right. That's a few minutes of my time wasted every visit.
