Crystle was amazing! She was working alone and hammered out to go orders and multiple walk in orders all by herself while juggling other things as well. Good flow and kind service. She was friendly despite being busy and alone. Plus I’m a picky eater and she made my sandwich perfect. She deserves a raise!!

On 3/29/24, My mom bought and ate the Philly Steak sub for dinner. At around 5 am this morning, she got out of bed & hurried to the bathroom. She had a bad stomach ache, diarrhea and vomited up most of the processed beef. Of all the years my family has gone to this Southside DSM Subway (or any other Subway), none of us has gotten sick...until this morning.We experienced good customer service.
