“We were pleasantly surprised by this KFC! We also find good food at KFC, but at this restaurant we also found fantastic customer service, a clean restaurant, and food that was ready almost before we ordered it! Can not recommend high enough. We legit have a new go to when we are in Des Moines!!!“
“This KFC was amazing service! I had ordered catering for thanksgiving. I got 50 pieces of chicken a gallon of mash potatoes and a gallon of Mac and cheese! It was roughly $220. I called a week and also a day ahead. The employees were very smooth and easy to work with. I asked to be ready around 11:45 and it was perfect timing! They had kept our food in the warmers and had it all prepared! They also provided sauces and made sure we were satisfied! I’m very happy to have ordered here, thanks to the team!!“
“The food here is consistently good... which is the primary concern. Service is usually good as well. They make mistakes from time to time, but they usually get it right. The facility itself is a little run down. Overall it is a a solid 4+ star rating.“
