“We were pleasantly surprised by this KFC! We also find good food at KFC, but at this restaurant we also found fantastic customer service, a clean restaurant, and food that was ready almost before we ordered it! Can not recommend high enough. We legit have a new go to when we are in Des Moines!!!“
“This KFC was amazing service! I had ordered catering for thanksgiving. I got 50 pieces of chicken a gallon of mash potatoes and a gallon of Mac and cheese! It was roughly $220. I called a week and also a day ahead. The employees were very smooth and easy to work with. I asked to be ready around 11:45 and it was perfect timing! They had kept our food in the warmers and had it all prepared! They also provided sauces and made sure we were satisfied! I’m very happy to have ordered here, thanks to the team!!“
“Got food here in February 20th 2026 for supper. Walked inside and right away the place smelled amazing and looked very clean! I was greated almost immediately and asked if I had a mobile order, which I did. Got my food within minutes and the customer service was awesome! Very friendly and polite and made sure I got all my food in my order. Probably the best KFC I've been to in a long time!!“
