KFC in Des Moines

“The food here is consistently good... which is the primary concern. Service is usually good as well. They make mistakes from time to time, but they usually get it right. The facility itself is a little run down. Overall it is a a solid 4+ star rating.“

“This KFC was amazing service! I had ordered catering for thanksgiving. I got 50 pieces of chicken a gallon of mash potatoes and a gallon of Mac and cheese! It was roughly $220. I called a week and also a day ahead. The employees were very smooth and easy to work with. I asked to be ready around 11:45 and it was perfect timing! They had kept our food in the warmers and had it all prepared! They also provided sauces and made sure we were satisfied! I’m very happy to have ordered here, thanks to the team!!“

“This is the fastest KFC I’ve ever been to. I put my order in, Got my cup, And before I could even fill the cup, the order was already done waiting on the counter. They are very professional here. I must say the lady was very sweet and professional and kind. It’s just the chicken is not what it used to be. I don’t know if it was a bad day or a bad batch of chicken, but it definitely did not taste like KFC should taste. Also, the original chicken is just like the extra crispy there’s no difference. I ordered the original and my brother ordered the extra crispy and I did not see any difference. And you have to do something about your potatoes too lol Otherwise, everything is good. You guys are doing well. I don’t know what these one star reviews are about, but it definitely must’ve been a bad day then because I see nothing wrong with this Location other than the chicken isn’t what it used to be but it’s still OK. Give it a try folks. The lady with glasses mid age I think she’s very sweet. She usually runs the cash register.“
