La Peña Mexican Restaurant serves excellent and authentic Mexican cuisine, including breakfast options like huevos rancheros and cheese enchiladas. This completely family-friendly place is very clean and the service is excellent. It is a very down home hole in the wall with a welcoming atmosphere. The food is good and reminds one of home. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu from sopes, tacos, burrito, tamales, soup, and the amazing chips & salsa. It is a convenient option with ample free parking for those in the surrounding residential area.
