Hands down the best burger I’ve ever had—and I’ve had a lot of burgers in my life. The Lachele burger and tots with a side of cheese is perfection every single time. I’d go every week if I could. Highly recommend!
Ate here 3 days ago for the first time. Would not care to return. The smash burger was good, not great, and service was barely adequate. My big complaint was the deafening music blaring over the speakers that forced everyone to scream at each other to be heard. People go to restaurants to eat and chat, so I will never understand why restaurants choose to make conversation impossible.
This is by far the best smash burger in Des Moines! Vibe is a little off-beat in all the best ways, and staff are all very friendly! I love the serving window they use to hand to-go orders off- it really gives the feel of a classic burger shop.
