The Alpine Tap Room is a cozy and small joint located on Ingersoll Avenue, surrounded by a few good restaurants and a divey bar. Featuring a big window overlooking the street, a jukebox, pinball, and a pool table, this owner-operated establishment has a laid-back "I don't give a s***" attitude, but in a caring way. While the bartender was friendly and quick, the overall atmosphere was a bit dated, with an unpleasant smell and a dimly lit interior. However, the drinks, like the bartender's favorite watermelon shot, were reasonably priced and tasty.
