Firehouse Subs Ingersoll offers a generally positive dining experience, with the staff remaining calm and efficient even when dealing with a busy crowd. The sandwiches are praised as "amazing," though there have been some issues with accuracy in online orders, leading to disappointment. The customer service is described as "spot on," with staff being friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Customers have praised the staff's engagement and attention to their needs, with one reviewer highlighting an exceptional server named Jessica. While the restaurant typically provides a good customer experience, one reviewer had a negative encounter with a rude employee who reacted poorly to a simple in-person order request, leading them to decide not to return to this location.
