The food was decent, the staff friendly but..... The self-service soda machine is broken, the restroom is 'out of order,' not sure how employees use the restroom??? Seems to me food establishments need to provide a restroom. The quality and cleanliness have really diminished.

When I walked into the restaurant, the employees were sitting on the counter. The food I ordered was mediocre at best. The oil that the mushrooms were fried in needed to be changed a month ago. It had a burnt flavor to them. The burger was the same as you would get from any other fast food joint. The fries were decent at least they were crunchy and salted properly. Won't go back again and won't recommend either.

The ranch had a pub hair in it found it after I’d been eating it!!!? The burger was rubber like it had been taken out of the freezer and microwaved!!! The soda was gross too flat and way too much syrup!!!! Hands down disgusting!!!!

Had a fish sandwich the fish was gray and tasted horrible. The breaded mushrooms came in a cup with a puddle of oil in the bottom. They tasted like old nasty oil. That was the second time the mushrooms disappointed. I will only go back for ice cream.

Burger was tasteless, used to be a great place, the burger patty was premade and precooked, even had black grill marks on it, could have went to Casey’s and got the same burger, very disappointing, not sure why they switched it up but what a mistake, doubt they’ll be around much longer unless they switch it back to the west it used to be. Bunch of kids working there, 2 of them were sitting on the counter when I arrived, what ashamed, business struggle to find good help and they suffer for the lack professionalism and then they switch the products up.

Ordered a burger and fries, threw them right out the windows as soon as I took one bite! The burger patty was tepid at best…Terrible food, terrible service. The person in the drive-through had no identification uniform or otherwise to identify that they even worked there. It appears to have zero management. Don’t eat at this place. You’re liable to get food poisoning.

Tried the Big John Burger, fries and strawberry shake. Burger was was than desirable. The sauce looked like they were going after a Big Mac sauce but fell very short. Not good. The fries were generic and delicious. The strawberry shake was pretty good!
Tried a second burger, the Pizza Burger. It was soggy and was pretty lacking in flavor. The sauce was cold so it was bad.
I may come back for a shake.
