Don’t go there, that’s not the first situation of this kind. I ordered the hot n spicy chicken, but without lettuce and mayo, instead i got 2 slices of american cheese, ketchup and 2 slices of bacon. My friends and I waited for our order around 15 minutes, and we didn’t get our drinks. The food was cold, and orders were mixed up and uncompleted. I didn’t get ketchup, neither the cheese, so I asked nicely what can we do about it. The young woman didn’t even pay attention to me for 5 minutes, and after that just answered “sorry girl, we are busy there” (pointing on drive thru) and leave me. Then I repeated myself that they didn’t give me my order and they didn’t know what to do, I suggested that I can get another burger and pay for a normal version without any additions, and young lady finally asked me for my receipt. Then some more experienced woman just screamed to the guy in a kitchen to prepare mc chicken and 2 minutes later i got another one. This one finally got 1 SLICE of cheese, but still no ketchup, no bacon, but my unwanted lettuce and mayo. Summing up, I got 2 sandwiches and neither of them were prepared properly. After waiting another 10 min we needed to go to the counter and ask for our drinks. The woman said that “yeah, okay” but afterwards we still didn’t get drinks. We went 5 times more before we actually got our drinks - shake, fanta and sweet tea. My friend instead of chocolate shake, got mint chocolate shake. My other friend got uncooked meat in his sandwich. That’s a joke. Some of those people don’t know what they’re doing, the young lady talking to me was really rude and I swear she just saw me as stupid kid (I’m 17, I look like 13) that is just a problem.

Ordered a deluxe spicy crispy chicken and when I finally get home I only got the spicy sauce and like 6 tomatoes? I like tomato’s but ya not that many. I wanted my deluxe sandwich with tomato, lettuce, and pickle, and the sauce of course. Then when I try to call them no one picks up? As of writing this I have called them 6 times and imma continue calling hoping they just ignoring my call. So I can just have it ring in their ears all night. Horrible customer service although the cashiers are usually the best, very nice. Also hope someone can make this right 😒

Paid for premium chicken sandwich, got basic chicken sandwich. Fries barely more than half full and the drink they handed me, which I couldn’t fill up more because they shut the fountain off, was missing a solid inch of drink. Go here and watch them rip you off!

Very, very busy location. Lines are long. Very fast and quick service, though. Sometimes the orders are wrong. The quality of the McDonald's food, though, is better than the other ones nearby. Employees here work hard and are managed well. Clean place, clean bathrooms. It's a mcdonalds. All in all, a good McDonald's location imo.

This is the worst McDonalds service I’ve ever had. It took 10 minutes to get two drinks. Not milkshakes, cokes. They also filled it up for us instead of just giving us the drinks. If I could I’d give it 0 stars.
Every time I order here at night my food is either incorrect/messed up or COLD most employees are rude with the exception of a few (usually the older more experienced ones are polite and helpful) and the younger manager lady (looks to be maybe 20) is RUDE. I never get replacement food or my order corrected, ALWAYS check your food before you leave the lot if you are going through the drive through or using curbside. Gave them a few more tries before I wrote this review but I'm just flat out disappointed at this point. Don't waste your time here.

Order off the kiosk and put no onion, as I was ordering the one of the workers was yelling at everyone. Received a small coffee first instead of the medium and got my sandwich with onion and no egg which isn't how I ordered it. It is one of the worst McDonald's in Des Moines.

Mc Donald's is a great choice for quick food and can be extremely affordable if you use their app. You earn points on every purchase that can be redeemed for free food and they always have such good coupons!
My service this time was spectacular! Both gentlemen I spoke with were courteous, smiled and so friendly! I don't dine in at this location often so I can't really comment on the atmosphere inside, but they created a great atmosphere for the drive thru!
Our food was delicious as always and everything served piping hot! My daughter and I devoured our food and our tummies are satiated!
