Everytime I go here, I order something as simple as cheeseburger and they always have me wait in the reserved parking for 10 minutes before I get my food. Im not sure if they are short staffed or what but it's ridiculous for something as simple as a burger and fries.

Went to McDonald's on Saturday the 21st of July ordered to sandwich to meals both of them or incorrect but they were correct on the box but they were food was incorrect called McDonald's and told him that I'd bring him that I would be back for the correct meal this is probably the 99th time it's happened play should be closed down and cleaned and proper help hired preferably people that I understand food sorry this happened to me again but sucks to be me maybe someday we'll be a real Pam burger place on the southside of Des Moines

Completely messed up my order. Ordered 4 double cheese burgers with no ketchup, and no onions. Got home, and saw that they came with absolutely no cheese, but had onions on them, and a pathetic bead size amount of mustard. So basically we got a double meat patty with onions.

Bad experiance kiosk was down , bathrooms closed now are the employees washing thier hands .. got a big breakfast no syrup no fork no knife no butter no pepper no salt no jelly asked for them got a spoon said was out of silverware and then it started smelling like sewer. Worst experiance I have had at a McDonald's in a long time!

This McDonald’s location seriously needs better management. I ordered and paid for a kids meal through the app, and when I got there, the staff claimed they didn’t get the order and actually accused me of trying to steal a DoorDash order. Meanwhile, I could literally see my bag sitting right in front of me.

I was ignored for over 15 minutes while employees stood around talking and giving me looks instead of helping. When someone finally stepped up, I had to prove it was my order by naming everything in the bag and showing my email confirmation — just to get handed a cold meal.

It took 25 minutes for a kids meal, and I was treated like a thief for no reason. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service here is ridiculous. Get it together.

This McDonald's location is great, my door dash order got delivered late because of door dash not delivering my order today, I was hungry so I told the lady from door dash to have them remake the food even though it was over 2 hours, I wanted to say thank you for remaking my order McDonald's, I know from experience from working at a different McDonald's it is annoying to remake door dash orders from not being delivered because, you have to throw the other food or drinks in the waste and you don't get credited/reimburse for the order. I really appreciate that you wanted to remake my order for me.

I came to the McDonald's drive-thru tonight being Friday night people ordered after me I was told to go to reserve spot number one waited 25 minutes still never got my food requested a refund other people got their food after my order and I still never received mine so that's why I required a refund

Gave me the wrong burger all together, but also with the wrong modifications. When we looped back through the drive-thru each employee huffed and sent us down to the last gal who just closed on the door on us.
