I write this because I made my purchase, they sent me to waiting lane 3. I have 30 minutes waiting for my food and so far they have not brought me anything.

Asked for no onions on our burgers and found them hidden under the hamburger instead of where they put it with the ketchup and other condiments. Food was cold as well. I get it was delivered but it shouldn't have been that cold. I'd add pictures but doesn't give that option.

The last half dozen times I've eaten lunch or dinner at mcdonald's I have gotten sick with severe nausea and throwing up. Only time I don't is breakfast foods. I suspect it's food poisoning but unsure.

Brand new play place, and yet half the time they have rented it out to a small group of adults in the middle of the day. Very disappointing when you have young kids. Also the locked bathrooms are a definite fire hazard! Plus you are asking for young kids to have accidents in the play area when you can't even get in to the bathroom quick. And not having access to napkins and such so you can clean up a mess is super inconvenient as well especially when the front is busy and employees are annoyed at the inconvenience of having to supply simple things such as napkins, drink refills, condiments, or simply unlocking the bathroom.
Kid-friendliness: The play place was like sitting in a freezer! I could might as well save myself money and pack a picnic lunch and take my kids and freeze at a park. PLEASE turn the heat on!

i went to this mc donald’s twice today, the man at the cashier window with the beard was so nice, best customer service i’ve seen in a long time, even convinced me to get cookies both times LOL. But the girl with the weird colored hair was very rushed and didn’t care to give us sauce with our 6 piece nugget. i understand two customers in line may be overwhelming for some people but if you work at mc donald’s it shouldn’t be a problem. i’m all for promoting disability’s but if it’s affecting the way you treat regular people at work it’s a problem. i wish people would think before talking like the man at the window, he deserves a raise compared to your other employees. But i wish you guys the best.

We ordered French fries and sweet tea. The French fries were cold. Then I went to use the bathroom and ran into the door because apparently managers have to unlock it. So I walked up front and proceeded to wait two mins for someone to acknowledge me at all. Once they did I told them I needed to use the restroom and needed a manager to unlock it. They told me to go to the bathroom, I repeated, but I need someone to unlock it, I got a NOT so endearing look and was told to go back, I'd be buzzed in. (Hello-not from here....) Upon entering she "buzzed me in" like I was visiting someone in prison *movies have probably exaggerated that noise for me* and I walked into a wall ? a wall of what smelled like backed up sewer. I tried to find a clean bathroom stall, no luck. Didn't feel like sitting down or squatting over pube and pee covered seats, nor did I want to wipe them down as I was STILL holding my breath. Definitely do NOT recommend. FREAKING GROSS.
