i use the mobile app so it's a quick trip ya don't really have to even stop at the first window unless you want a receipt.. but the lady's who work in the morning are all super nice and have the best attitudes.. my food is almost always ready as I drive up to the window and is hot and fresh. this used to be the only place I got oj, but not anymore. i don't know what they changed or did but it's awful, does anyone think this also...

I’ll visit a different McDonald’s or fast food joint next time. We ordered curbside, the person who brought us our food didn’t say a word to me until I thanked her. What the hell happened to common courtesy and customer service?!

I went through the drive thru like I usually do in the mornings. There is a lady that works at the first window u stop at. I don't know her name. But this i do know. She is always so kind and respectful to me. This morning, she noticed I was sick and went out of her way to buy me a hot chocolate in hopes it would make me feel better.
