Came in close as possible to closing time, received the upmost outstanding service from a young man named Pierre, definitely my favorite McDonald’s in the Des Moines metro area. Food never disappoints and service never lacks!

The food seems to be over cooked often. Usually when I order a quarter pounder with cheese the patties are extra dark and smaller from being overcooked. I wish they’d tighten up a bit it’s consistently a let down.

I've never left a review for fast food before but I wanted to for this McD's. We come here a lot. I have three teenage boys. I have encountered SO MANY lovely staff members. I always think to myself this manager must be doing something right. All of these bad reviews make me sad to read because countless times I've been blown away by the staff here. Everyone is kind. Everyone is patient. Everyone is friendly.
