The service is terrible...besides, they don't deliver what you ordered, they give you what they want...and they end up blaming you for not placing the order correctly.

I had an extremely disappointing and offensive experience at this bakery. I paid $120 for a cake that was poorly made, with unsightly black droplets on it that were completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the cake didn’t even have “Happy Birthday” written on it, which should have been standard for a birthday cake. When I politely requested that they fix this, remake the cake, or issue a refund, the staff refused to do any of these. Instead, they attempted to “fix” the cake, which only made things worse, including misspelling “Happy Birthday” as “Hapy Birthday.”
After this, I took the cake to a local bakery to get a professional opinion. They immediately noticed that the cake was leaning due to a lack of proper structural support. Thankfully, the staff at the local bakery made the necessary adjustments, fixed the misspelling, added decorations, and ensured the cake was presentable for our celebration.
What made this experience even more appalling was when a staff member at the original bakery said, “you people always come here and mess things up.” This comment was clearly racial, as I am African-American, and it was both hurtful and unprofessional. This was my first time visiting the bakery, and I expected to be treated with respect and decency, especially after spending $120.
Rather than resolving the issue professionally, the staff escalated the situation by threatening to call the police and trespass us, which was completely unnecessary.
This experience was unacceptable—from the poor product quality to the offensive and discriminatory behavior of the staff. I am grateful that a local bakery was able to help, but I will not be returning to the original establishment. I encourage others to avoid supporting a business that treats its customers in such a manner.

The storefront is very minimal but the cakes themselves are what matters and I honestly cannot say I've had anything better in my life. I tried a (HUGE) slice of chocolate flan cake, which is a concept new to me but apparently a VERY good idea, it was phenomenal. Next day I had the chocolate raspberry cake, and it was every bit as excellent. Thank you for being here!

I’m going to be honest here.The taste of the cake is good. But the decoration of the cakes are very bad. We told the woman that answers the phone to decorate it one way, to put this and that. What she does is that she ends up putting it the way she wants, not the way we ask. Then she messes up the design, and blames it on the customer saying the customer never told her.Even after all these mistakes they still charge full price. Unacceptable.

Very bad customer service. If you want bad service come here. I called to make an order with them and the lady was rudely taking my order and decided that I wouldn’t make an order with them. And good thing I didn’t because like 3 days later a friend told me that she came back to return her cake because it was spoiled when she received it. And when she went to return she was treated very poorly and was told to take her cake and get out of there and throw it away and that they couldn’t return her the money.
