Out of towners placed an order for delivery with assistance manager, Kilo. Was quoted 40 mins for delivery, recd a call from the confused delivery driver 1 hour 15 mins later to be told he would be delivering in a few minutes to learn that 1 hour 50 mins later the order was delivered but not sure to who. We never recd it, 3 phone calls to asst mgr we were told we would not be charged twice but did not want to make it right. Would have to wait another 40 mins. Not professional..do not recommend!

I hardly do reviews but people need to be aware. 3rd time I order from this location in a month and they say the food is ready and all three times I had to wait an additional 15 minutes from the time given. The website also gives you the option to have the food be brought to your vehicle and all three times. I had to go inside because i’d call and ask and they’d say it’s ready and to pick it up. Don’t provide an option that you cannot Fulfill. The last two visits, the wings did not have enough sauce. I will say the pizza has always been made as ordered.

The food is always great. The only reason why service is a 3 star actually only because there was only one person in the back of house making food and taking orders. She was just extremely busy when my wife and I came to get our order. She was super nice and apologetic. I don't hold the lateness in our order against her whatsoever.

I order a pizza, waited for more than an hour just for driver to get lost subsequently hanging up the phone and never answering again. I never got my pizza, I called the restaurant later the next day and they said they would do a full refund and they never did.
