Absolutely awful experience on 6/11/21.
Let me start by saying our family orders pizza from this location most weekends for family game/movie night. We normally love the food and are regular customers.
On the 11th we ordered and received our food promptly which was nice but, we didn’t receive the two drinks that we ordered. No problem. We called the store and they sent someone right back out. Cool. Problem solved. NOPE. Opened the breadstick box and the they...read full review
If you can accept pizzas that you didn't order and hour or more past your quoted delivery time, then I would highly recommend Papa John's Pizza. Their pizza guarantee is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for pizza. There are far better places in the DM southside neighborhood. And they actually get your pizzas right the first time and are pretty good at quoting delivery times.
