I was looking for a restaurant that wasn't in West Des Moines or Downtown Des Moines to celebrate my wife's birthday... just something different. We were blown away by the service, the environment, the food, and the overall vibe. The place is just fantastic, and we plan to return often.

Great for breakfast. They bake their bread from scratch for toast. Jams and jellies are also prepared there. Lunch and dinner great too. Don't park in the lot reserved for the strip mall, you will be

Delish! We’ve had take out & dine in, both experiences were amazing! Little pink houses is a fav. Their crust is impeccable!!! Try to go during happy hour for $5 generous slices!

Nice staff and fun casual atmosphere! The gluten free pizza is the thick Detroit style but this time it was a bit undercooked. Could have used a bit more sauce so waitress brought us a small ramekin and it all worked out! Our favorite was the bacon wrapped dates - so good! ?

I believe this is my first one-star review on Google. I got two pizzas to go. These pizzas totally belie Woody Allen's saying about pizza and sex. Let's just say I would rather be abstinent the rest of my life than have another encounter with Parlor. My main complaint is the crust. I *hope* that it was a mistake tonight, but it seems like it is made with wheat flour. The result reminds one of a first attempt with an at-home bread maker. My first introduction to it was with the garlic knots. I though to myself, "Weird dough (and no garlic). I hope the pizza isn't like this." I was sadly disappointed as it was exactly as weird and distasteful.I would like to tell you that the toppings saved the day, but alas no. The toppings are fine, but the cheese seemed more artificial than other American mozzarellas. There also was not enough sauce, but I recognize I like more sauce than most people.Because it was carry-out, I can't really gage the service or ambience, but the pizza was much, much worse than Dominos. It feels like this is a situation where the pizza is a slave to the concept of Detoit-style pizza, hell or high water, and taste be damned.Save your money and get Dominos, or even consider microwaving a frozen pizza.Upped from one- to two- stars as my two-year-old scrapes the toppings off.Edit - $60

Just discovered this place and went there two weekends in a row. If you like a nice deep dish crust, the pizza is SO good. Has a Parmesan cheese crusted Detroit style crust that is life. You can choose one of their creations or make your own (even half and half). Cheese curds are also delicious... Some of the best I've had. The Ace Guava Cider is now one of my favorite drinks! I only hope I can find it out in the wild for home ?Service is pretty great too. We made a reservation online and our table was ready when we got there with menus and ice waters waiting. ❤️Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu with plenty of selections

Didn't know Detroit style pizza so it was not our first choice of style. However, if you like a bread crust, it was very tasty. We had the pizza w pineapple and the amount of pineapple was insufficient.Nice place, decent service, generous servings.

Tried the happy hour pizza slices. Everyone got what they wanted and enjoyed their food. FYI... a “slice” is actually 2 slices and $3.99 during happy hour. Great deal! Brooklyn was an amazing server. Can't wait to go back!
