Even though it is a small limited meat store --- there are some take home options where you can buy and just pop in the microwave or convection oven from meatloaf to meatballs, etc. The store is spotless down to the front door windows -- meaning management is on their J-O-B. The staff is courteous and the meat department is well staffed, on task, and very helpful in providing you with meat options. Great selection of meats. Went in there for some beef chuck and beef fat awhile back. I was told that I would have to come next day for the beef fat to be cut and set to the side for me but since I didn’t need much the butcher cut some up for me! Such a nice experience

We go out of our way to visit / order from the Beaverdale Fareway Meat Market! This is one of few places in the Des Moines Metro where you can find Boar's Head Lunchmeat (freshly cut). It lasts much longer than other grocer's lunchmeat! The pick-up service is amazing every time. Staff is all super friendly and helpful. Fruits / Veggies never disappoint, and usually less than Hy-Vee. Love this place. We will continue to frequent and recommend to others!
