Plugged in the wrong address to the eye doctor and I ended up down here. The good thing about it was my Uber driver didn't leave because he had business somewhere else in that little Mall area and then there was the Pizza Hut. I don't remember the ladies name I'm sure she was the manager in there though and she is an awesome person. I just wanted to say thank you again to that lady and to her store.

Customer service at the se 14th St is definitely a zero! Asked for my pizza to be put through again when I got there and got nothing but attitude about it because it was boxed and cut... Let me tell you it was not cut we had to tare it when we got home. They didn't cut our cheese sticks at all! I had to refuse to take my order to get my request completed and even still it came with attitude and flack because the employees who weren't doing anything anyway didn't...

I can tell this store has had some improvements made since the last time I ordered. Customer service was great and my order was delivered early by the best delivery lady. Even with the rain she was just awesome and all smiles!
