Waited in drivethru for a while. Ordered the 3 piece spicy tenders with red beans and rice. They got the food out quickly after ordering but when I got back to work and opened my box I had a 3 piece mild tender and the Cajun fries. Only thing they got right was the drink. The girl that took my card and gave me my food seemed stressed out and rushing to get me out of there. The food was good even though it wasn't what I ordered.

They do not have the menu options they advertise. When asked the reason, I was given many from they simply do not serve it, to shipment issues. If you are a doordasher, expect to be behind. The line was very long and they'll confirm orders as ready before making them. So you'll end up waiting in the store, at the same time as if you had ordered at the register.

If I could give it zero star, I would. This Popeyes just, like every other one, is rotten with terrible customer service, mediocre food, and outrageously long wait times. Even if you think to order ahead on the mobile app, you'll still have to wait another 30 minutes once you arrive. I truly don't know how they stay in business...

I understand that most places have staffing and training issues, but I am tired of paying the price. We ordered 32 chicken tenders, half mild and half regular, and ended up with , as far as we can tell, 16 mild chicken tender that were not overly warm. Yes, we should have sat in the car at the drive thru and opened all the boxes to check the order, but we trusted them. I don't recommend that. Will not be back. A lot of wasted calories on sub par food. Disappointing.

absolutely appalling is the only one way i can respectfully decribe this restaurant. you walk in and are instantly greeted by a slouchy trailer park type yelling at you that theres no sides. ive had a long day so i say to myself fine whatever ill just get two sandwiches. after i’ve already ordered i realize that the place is in shambles. you can literally see crust and dirt forming on the drink dispensers. again ive had a long day so i pass on my drink and just leave with my sandwiches. i take one bite and am utterly shocked and the old chicken and cold bread i am faced with. i threw away the rest of these sandwiches as i knew it would be the same with the other. one singular bite gave me the worst diarrhea in my entire life. im sick of these fine establishments that ive been eating at get ran through the mud by ignorant staff who couldn’t care less about the customers. whoever hired these people needs to get locked up. im fed up and ive had enough. terrible experience all around.

I am not sure why this place is still open. The food is good but the service is terrible. The staff that does show up, speak horribly to each other. The place is dirty. Why hasn’t Popeyes corporate stepped in yet.

Only got half of what I ordered. Didn't even give me any of the dipping sauces I paid for. And somehow still couldn't even manage to put sauce on the wings. Terrible job. I worked there for 3 years it's not complicated.
