I had a really tough travel day when I visited. The service I received from the bartender was superb. The bartender Kayla was a huge bright spot in my travel day. She was very positive, informative and a friendly face. The music selection was great while I was there. Stopping in totally turned my travel experience from a negative experience to a positive one.
I got really low expectations for airport restaurants. Still, this one is not too bad. I would say it is on par with other regular restaurants in Iowa. Good price, good selection of local beers. Really doesn’t feel like rip-off airport restaurant. Can’t complain.

I ended up having a layover. It was 7pm and the restaurant was closed. However, the staff was truly amazing!! They actually made me a salad and a drink! They really went above and beyond to do this for me! The staff herebis top notch with incredible customer service!!!!
