This place is amazing! From the food, the wine flights, to the AMAZING server/ manager Thomas. He really knows his stuff! He made great selections for each person of my party. He was very attentive and made sure to check on us throughout the night. CANT WAIT TO BE BACK!!! Thanks Thomas <3
What a great feel this place has! It’s like a trip abroad in the middle of the East Village of Iowa. Spanish tapas and European flair throughout the menu. The spinach ricotta empanadas was delicious, as was the gambas al ajillo (slightly spicy, amazing garlic flavor), eggplant, scallop/shrimp cazuela was to die for, order extra bread to sop up the sauce. Had a new to me N/A option in their offering of Danish Sparkling Tea, the Bla flavor was not blah at all, definitely give...
Great mix of fun food and a fantastic wine selection. We stopped in Sunday while biking Des Moines. It’s nice to have an option other than microbreweries. Love the vibe and the people working here are amazing.
