Gabby the bartender is amazing. One of the best. Gave her ideas of drinks I liked and trusted her to make me new ones Ive never had. Im in town for a couple months as a travel nurse and had such a good time. Will be back before I leave
Drinks aren’t the same as the menu online. Ordered a drink which should have been red, but it was clear? And had a long hair in the glass… it happens, not the end of the world. But the service was subpar and the bartender was sort of… lacking.

Nightingale is one of the best places for nightlife in Des Moines. If you get in early in the day, the atmosphere is more laid back with stellar cocktails for all palettes in actual glass drink-ware. Post-9:30 PM is when it moves into more of night club experience.
